Helping trapping Knuckles, who escaped home 22 Sept ... Right now there is surveillance with Stealth Camera by the house. Knuckles is a kitten from an Ansley Colony.
Knuckles and his brother got adopted together to a very good home. Alas the owners were away on vacation and the house-sitter was NOT careful by the door and the cat escaped.

Klara was the sweetest non aggressive feral you will ever find. She let you pet her when she was netled up in her box.
Klara lived in a shed with her babies. She might have been a stray gone feral.
I had the honor of knowing Klara for a few months and did the best I know how to make her comfortable ... she loved fancy feast swirled up with a little water to the consistency of a smooth soup.
I miss her being in my second bed&bath room.
Klara got spayed Sept 13th. She tested FIV pos and the operation revealed an abnormal big urinary bladder and she had reconstructive bladder surgery ... Klara appeared very pregnant, but the distended stomach must have been the abnormal big bladder. She healed well, but her kidneys stopped functioning. Klara was euthanized on Sept 22nd. because of possible FIV positive symptoms. Klara was treated very well by Dr. Lloyd the "cats-whisper" VMD.
Trapped Mama Klara, the gray kitten has disapeared ... for a month we have been looking for it min 4 times every day ... not to be found anywhere.
Male @ 4th street ... BaBa ... black with few white hair on breast ... is beat up with wounds in head/neck area ... has to be boarded for 10 days to get antibiotic treatment.

smile ... he appears to be smiling from ear to ear. Arfi loves
everybody and is very fond of very big dogs.

LaLa of Ansley ( gray / light brown bulls eye tabby with dark eyeliner))
has
a very sweet & relaxed disposition ... just like her mom. Her
granny is a stray long haired Abyssinian (now trapped and will be up
for adoption when re-socialized) ... LaLa has been a cuddler since the
day of trapping ... purrs loudly when talked to ... we think she would
like to be an only cat. LaLa loves human contact and do not care about
other cats or dogs.

... was too sick , could not be healed, had to be euthanized.

Rescued a kittie sitting 50' up in a tree out in Stone Mountain
The cat had been sitting on a branch for 4 days without any food or water in inhumane hot summer weather.
Went to several fire brigades and contacted Georgia Power in the vain hope of help in form of a long ladder or basket lift . Ended up calling a tree-service company. Within an hour 2 guys came out and within half an hour the branch was cut and the cat slowly lowered from the sky on a canopy of leaves and the severed branch.
